Browntown runs small matched dinners in Dallas–Fort Worth. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and book a seat, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your sign-up answers: first name, email, area, age range, background, what you're hoping for, and dinner budget.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We see your name, email, and that you paid. We never see or store your card number.
- Site usage: we use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads bring people to the site and whether they book. It uses cookies and records pages visited and actions like signing up or paying.
How we use it
- To match you to a table and choose a restaurant that fits.
- To email you about your dinner, changes, and refunds.
- To tell you about future Browntown events. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email.
- To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site (our form provider, Stripe for payments, Meta for ad measurement) and, on the night, your first name with the people at your table.
Your choices
- Email contact@browntown.app to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
- Control ad tracking in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Who can book
Browntown is for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
